Whether you need a desk, office, workroom or boardroom or simply need to print something, you’ll be creating a Session.
This is how you make a session.
1. If you go to the APP store, please download the APP called LAUFT. You can click on either link below, depending on the type of phone you have
2. You will have to create an account. Once you create an account you will receive an email to confirm your account. Please confirm your account and go back to the APP
3. Open the app and click on the 3 lines at the top left. Once you click on the 3 lines, click wallet. After this, you will see a line that states, "No card has been added." please click that and click payment method.
4. Once you do this, go to load amount and add the amount you desire to load onto the wallet. Lastly, you will go to the top, and hit add funds.
5. After this, choose the location, asset, time, and date range of your booking.
6. After booking, you will see the booking in the app and get an automated email of your booking details.
7. It can be cancelled for full refunds up to 4 hours prior to your scheduled Session.
LAUFT offers on demand bookings of:
- SmartDesk (Designed for one individual) - $5/hr - $35/day
- Single (Designed for one with privacy) - $9/hr - $63/day
- Sync (Designed for a capacity of 2 people) - $19/hr - $133/day
- Office (Designed for a capacity of 1-3) - $25/hr - $175/day
- Workroom (Designed for a capacity of 1-6) - $39/hr - $273/day
- Boardroom (Designed for a capacity of 12+) - $79/hr - $553/day
- Workshop (Designed for a capacity of 15+) - $99/hr - $683

Load up your LAUFT wallet through the App or purchase SMART Credit Bundles (link to credit page) and earn some extra credits.
Session costs are automatically deducted from your wallet, making each transaction easy and seamless. If you don’t have enough to cover the Session, you’ll have the chance to add funds to your LAUFT wallet. Printing costs are also deducted from your wallet.
LAUFT accepts credit cards.
When logged into the app, you can add a credit card to their profile for all payments. You can also create multiple payment profiles to track costs for projects for direct billing to your company or employer.
It’s all in the app. To make changes to your payment methods or billing information, navigate to your profile page in the app and update your method of payment.
Question: How can I update my billing information?
All payments are in Canadian dollars.
Once we expand internationally, the payment method of the specific country will be made as the preferred currency of payment.
The hybrid wallet allows users the ability to upload two different credit cards to their wallet and select between either card when booking a session.

The benefit of a Hybrid Wallet: A LAUFT user could be part of a team's company account but also desire to use a LAUFT account for personal use. The flexibility allows a user to select between either payment method when booking a session.
How to Implement: If you click on the wallet tab on your APP, you can upload a second credit card. If you are having trouble setting up a hybrid wallet, a LAUFT advisor can help. Please contact a LAUFT advisor through contact@lauft.work or 1-844-935-2838
Is there an additional charge for a Hybrid Wallet?: There is no additional charge for the hybrid wallet
If you cancel your session 4 hours before your start time, a full refund will be applied to your account.
Cancellations with less than 4 hours before your booking start time, will be granted refunds on a case by case scenario. First, please speak to a staff member to see if we can resolve your issue. If the issue cannot be resolved by a staff member, please reach out to us at support@lauft.work.
You must provide at least 4 hours advanced notice before cancelling a booking.
We advise members to cancel a booking as soon as they confirm they cannot attend. If you cancel less than 4 hours before your confirmed timeslot, we will be charging you for the booking amount.
The refund will return to the APP to be used for a future LAUFT session.
If you receive a refund from LAUFT, you will receive a notification that the money has been returned to the APP, which can be used at a later date.
LAUFT desks include a passcode-protected locker designed to keep your personal belongings safe, if you need to step away. You can create a unique 4-digit code to unlock your locker.

Speak to a staff member and they will provide instructions to open your locker.
Don’t worry. Simply speak to a staff member or send an email to your location and we will help you get back into your locker.
User information is stored in the country of origin of the user. Payment information is held by a 3rd party processor.
Notifications are sent to your phone to highlight special offers and promotions that are located in your location proximity
LAUFT uses notifications to help users stay on top of upcoming bookings. We also will send notifications to your phone to highlight special offers and promotions that are happening in your proximity.
Printing is available for your booking. Please speak to a staff member about printing.
You have the option to print in colour and black and white.
